Cancellation, Re-Do, & Service Policy

As a client of Bocz Salon we value your time and patronage. Please understand that when you cancel, reschedule last minute or no show it is difficult to fill your appointment time, which affects our stylists’ livelihoods and our small business. We ask all clients to take the time to review our policy in full.

In order to ensure our staff can remain available we require the following:

Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of scheduled service cost.

No shows will be charged 100% of scheduled service cost. We have a 15 minute late arrival grace period before we mark appointments as a no show.

All appointments will require a credit/debit card on file to reserve your appointment.

When a client cancels less than 24 hours ahead of time, or no shows, the client will be notified via phone call of the amount that will be charged to the card listed on file. If the card on file is not valid, is expired, or declines, we will require the client to pay the notified amount and provide an updated card on file before any future appointments may be booked.

Please come dressed for color services. We use bleach and a variety of color products, and while we work very hard to protect your clothing with robes and capes, color happens. Please wear clothing that would be appropriate for such services as BOCZ Salon is not responsible for any damage or staining to personal items.

Re-Do Policy: We want all of our clients to love their hair and services. If you are not happy with the results, we highly encourage you to discuss it with your stylist before you leave. If you would like to request a re-do following your appointment, please contact BOCZ Salon within two weeks of the original service. Any refund requests will be at the discretion of management.

If at any point during a service a Bocz team member deems that services are unsafe for the client, client hair, stylist, or a fellow team member, we will immediately stop services. This is to ensure the safety and comfortability of Bocz Salon staff and the client. We reserve the right to refuse service.

We highly recommend all new color and chemical services clients book a free 15 minute consultation prior to services so that we can assess hair needs, identify appropriate services, and book adequate time. If upon arrival a stylist deems that the time allotted is not sufficient for the requested service and client, the stylist may discuss what they can achieve in the time allotted and may schedule a follow up appointment to finish the journey.

Bocz Salon never recommends or encourages clients to take time off of work or incur a financial cost such as travel expenses when booking an appointment here. As such, Bocz Salon is not responsible for any loss that may occur if an appointment needs to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances.
